you wouldn't know it if your turkey was injected, brined, massaged, or fed flavoring chemicals...

Anyhow, my Son had us over for T-giving and he brined his turkey. It was delicious.

Actually, I would. I only buy organically raised turkeys.

I guess massage wouldn't show up. But, if the turkeys get a rubdown, I'm OK with that.

Anything the turkey eats is going to add to or change its flavor.
