I can believe it. I live in the mountain region of Colorado. My husband went out to cut down some dead trees, infested with beetle kill & newbee's to our area actually complained about it. They called the sheriff. When the sheriff came over, he couldn't believe that anyone would complain about clearing dead wood off of a property.

I got so mad--I left a flyer in each one of these idiots front doors, & reminded them of the Hayman fire back in 2002 that burned over 160 thousand acres close to us.

When environmentalists take things too far they tend to sing songs, wear dodgy clothes and recite crap poetry.
When pro-gun campaigners and fundamentalists Christians take things too far we get a ban on stem cell research and kids who can buy assault rifles while they go through puberty.

More accurately, when environmentalists take things too far, they tend to burn and bomb buildings and vehicles; putting peoples’ lives at risk, and potentially starting wildfires that could destroy large swaths of vegetation including many, many trees. At the very least the fires belch pollution into the atmosphere, and drain even more resources when their targets are replaced.
