I suspect that recent "cooling effects" (though It's been the most consistently F'n hot summer I can remember in 45 years of life) are due to the lull in the 11 year sun cycle and massive cooling due to the polar ice caps melting.

With the Earth continuing to warm under these conditions, I hate to think what will happen when the sun cycle goes into Hot mode and the Ice gaps are gone.

Obviously you don't. Otherwise you would disagree with cherry picking temp data starting in 98 to somehow disprove global warming.

What i provided was the long term data, showing the actual long term trend of warming. In this data anybody with eyes can see the short term variability, i.e, periods of plateau or cooling within the longer term warming trend.

I am truly interested in your explanation of certain facts that need to be confronted in order to substantiate any hint that GW is not present.

If we are not experiencing GW why are the ocean temps increasing?

Not to mention, why are ocean temps increasing when the Ice caps and glaciers are disappearing and melting at alarming rates not even imaginable 5 years ago? Shouldn't the ocean be cooling if the Ice decided simply to melt on it's own?

Why are the Ice caps and glaciers melting so rapidly while the sun is in it's "cool mode"?

The sun is at it's coolest, the Ice caps are melting rapidly and the oceans continue to rise in temp. Why?

its not possible for it to fail to get warmer if CO2 increases, it did (CO2) but it did not (warm).
