It's perfect, when the oil laden hay washes up on the beach, load it up and haul it off. The oil could probably even be reclaimed. The EPA is probably not interested because hay doesn't cost enough. To top it off, we have a hay glut here in TX, bumper crops for the last 3 years, all the hay barns are full, a 6 foot round bale sells as cheap as $25.
