Re: First gay couple legally married in Iowa

I'm curious, Mawg, where do you stand on interracial marriage. Many people down through the centuries have used Scripture to prove that God wants only same race marriage.

No need to be insulting, just throwing my view out there.

I have read Romans and Corinthians; Romans especially supports the view that faith replaces the law (Romans 3:21-31: "The Righteousness of God through faith in Jesus Christ..."). If you read the verse immediately before gospel passage you are quoting Christ says "Do not think that I have come to abolish the law or the prophets; I have come not to abolish but to fulfill" (Matthew 5:17). But I think Galatians has the best point here "Therefore the law was our disciplinarian until Christ came, so that we might be justified by faith." (Galatians 3:24). Faith results in a higher calling then the law proscribed (the law of the Spirit: Romans 8). The question remains, is what Paul writes on the subject culturally subjective or not? Is homosexuality counter to the Law of the Spirit? We just come up with different answers. You say yes, I say no.

I'm sorry. I'm calling shenanigans.

You do NOT have degrees in Chem, Physics, and Metallurgy, read Hebrew, ancient Greek, and Aramaic, and have "killed Commies" as you have claimed. You haven't even demonstrated the most rudimentary understanding of science, much less an ability to write coherently in English, much less any other language. Maybe you fought in Korea. Who knows. Given your other misrepesentations, I'm not buyin' it.
