Just curious, can you prove that statement?

I'll have to look for it......It was a report in which the percentage of crimes (murders, rapes and child abuse) have gone up per capita. Of course there was also the argument that those crimes are just being reported more than they were…. but it sure appears that crime is on the rise based on my newspapers reports.
Anyhow, I’ll try and find it.
