The anti-gun left doesn't want people to have guns.
Thus, they shall do all they can do to make sure it is as difficult, if not impossible, for people to get guns.
If this means they need to be inconsistent in their positions regarding the sanctity of rights -- so be it.

As a slightly leftward-leaning gun owner, I can only answer to owning, since I don't carry.

Quite simply, I enjoy shooting. It's a skill, and it's something that I can go do with friends and develop that skill.

I'm also actually thinking about learning how to hunt.

Guns are not inherently evil, and gun owners aren't inherently conservative.

That's the other main point. No one is asked to justify why he owns a car that can move at double the highest speed limit in the country. However, I am asked to justify why I own my FAL. WTF? I own it for the same reason that people go on roller coasters. It is fun. No one has ever been hurt with it. That makes it none of Jewgirl Feinstein's and Jewboy Schumer's fucking business.

And that is exactly why legal gun owners get a bad rap.

"Gun control" efforts come disproportionately from Jews, who make up around 2 to 3 % of the U.S. population. Is there something wrong with pointing out the fact that several of the biggest gunphobes in Congress are racial Jews?
