There already are firearms restrictions, too many IMO, so I certainly don’t think we need any more. Self-defense is certainly a good enough reason for killing an attacker, if you choose not to stop an attacker when they threaten to rape or murder you or a loved one, that’s certainly up to you. No one is trying to force you to act otherwise, just don’t try to take that option away from everyone else.

The alternatives (rubber bullets, tazers, pepper spray, etc.) are quite capable alternatives in certain situations, but they are definitely not substitutes for firearms, that’s why police carry both.

Stupid headline. What do they do with the rest of the Constitution? Do they wack themselves in the forehead until they die? Do they slash their wrists with it? How do they get it out of the display case, with all that security around? Is there a waiting list of suicidal people waiting on the Constitution to become available?
