As to the actual topic of the thread, I'd be tempted to hire the illegals, but the temptation to treat them like shit would be scarily strong. What are you going to do when your employees can't complain?

BOTH "team A" and "team B" are owned by american citizens...its just that one team has alotta illegal immigrants in it.

and regardin' "how would i know that one team has undocumented irishmen and englishmen in it?", i don't know...just use yer imagination.

ie - the lass yer datin' knows one 'o the irishmen in the illegal immigrant crew, and happens to know that all 'o the employees in "team a" are here illegally.
