I'm reading the bill right now, and grants are not only given to union hospitals.

They also include any school of nursing.

And here's the definition from the Public Health Service Act:

Considering that most nurses go to a school of nursing to get their education, I don't see how this is a problem.

The fed. bureaucracy that will be created to sppt. gov. health care will make any prior agency pale by comparison, in inefficiency, numbers and attitude....the hand in hand relationship between unions and elected pols, is corrupt, morally and materially, if they cannot get card check they’ll get a half million bump in AFSCME employees. Obama is corrupt and always has been.

And anyone that makes the pitiful argument that enterprise does the same, I’ll be glad to have that argument anytime.
