HC bill authorizes a national "ready reserve" corps for national emergencies
Anybody remember Obama talking about a civilian national security force for national security that's just as powerful and strong as the military? Here's the video of him discussing it:
YouTube - A Chilling Proposal by Barack Obama Apparently, the HC bill calls for a ready reserve corps: Quote:

Planning for emergencies before they happen?
Whatever happened to having your best fundraisers occupy those "jobs" between elections.

I take it you didn't actually refer to 42 U.S.C. 204 before posting this.

Re: HC bill authorizes a national "ready reserve" corps for national emergencies
Much ado over absolutely nothing.
The section quoted pertains to the Public Health Service, which already exists. The modification to the already existing Public Health Service provides for a reserve of qualified medical officers to augment the PHS regular duty staffing in time of emergency. People thinking this is some new, "security force" are dead wrong. Matt |

It's called google, and it will answer all your questions. But for the lazy out there:

The U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps has been around for a long time, since 1798 technically speaking. It didn't become a formally organized body until 1889.

No doubt they'll be very useful in rounding up all the whites for the cattle cars.
Perhaps they can even link up with the Russian troops that FEMA has hidden in caves under all our major ciities.

I have no problem lauding someone who refuses to serve in an immoral war.

Re: HC bill authorizes a national "ready reserve" corps for national emergencies
I have a problem with someone signing a contract and then when it's time to pay up, they act like lowlife cowards and cry that it's against their religion or that it's immoral. They don't deserve to breath the same air as the rest of our brave men and women in uniform and should be thrown in Leavenworth.
