ROFLMFAO!!!!!!

A new low in critical (lack of) thought by our self-proclaimed "high scientist".

I am sure folks reading your post will immediately see the fatal flaw in your "logic".

Maybe they'll explain it to you. You've been suckered (once again) by the conspiracy blogs you read.

3) Open the picture with Office Picture Manager (click right mouse button and select that by selecting "Open with" and then selecting Office Picture Manager from the menu).

4) Select "Edit pictures" from the upper panel.

5) Zoom the + maximum amount (+ - bar below) keeping the Earth in the picture.

6) Select "Brightness and contrast and increase contrast by 50 and "Midtone" by 50. You may also go back (arrow) and select "Color" and then "Saturation" and increase it up to 100.

7) Tell everybody what do you see.

8) You can browse all the Apollo pictures similarily, but the latest pictures have been re-processed and this cannot be seen anymore.
To see the stupidity inherent in this experiment, drag and drop a copy of Analyst's avatar to your computer and perform the same steps.

Tell everybody what you see.

Re: The moon landing

Nobody has done this experiment, I guess. There are some alternative explanations - not only copy-paste theory. I wanted to take this to show how difficult it is to handle "evidence".

One explanation for this is the JPG format which creates unioform patterns to decrease file size. Whenever there are sharp edges the JPG may change the tones of a bit larger area and make such squares. You can see them in any sharp edge.

Another question is that why e.g. the Earth pictures are always digital ones (picture composed of pixel squares) - they were taken by Hasselblad film camera (as they claim)? Exactly similar pictures were taken from METEOSAT weather satellite using digital scanning.

There are many other interesting questions about the images, but this may be a wrong forum for such investigations.

Nobody answered my question about Jay Windley and the Clavius forum.

If Apollo really happened, why are there sites like Clavius with lots of professional liars on their forums?

Your argument is if it really happened, why would anyone bother arguing that it happened?

Your post is a little vague. Lot's of people think it really happened.

What do you think of what the people at Clavius said about the dust-free sand?
What do you think about the way Jay Windley ducked the question asked of him?

As Marc is archiving old threads this week, maybe this will be one of them.

I'm sure I don't know or care.

My point was that your 'argument' was silly. You point out some random guy, attack his credibility, and then use that as evidence to prove some kind of zany konspiracy.

Hardly compelling.

I never said this was proof of the hoax. Jay Windley is the Webmaster of the Clavius website.
Clavius: Conspiracy - about the author
Clavius Moon Base - debunking the moon hoax

If he is caught telling a blatant lie and avoids questions about science, isn't that circumstantial evidence that he works for the government and knows that the missions were faked?

Rules of Disinformation

The real proof that the moon missions were faked is anomalies such as what's in the clip below.

-------------------------------------------------------------
YouTube - Apollo 15 waving flag

At the 2 minute 35 second mark of the video the flag is still. When the astronaut goes past it, it starts to move.

There's an analysis of it here at the 3 minute 5 second mark.
YouTube - Moon Hoax- Apollos Atmospheric Moon
-------------------------------------------------------------

Also, the documentary "What Happened on the Moon" is back on line.

Part 1
058 - 3223X9053R - NASA - What Happened on the Moon - 1 of 2

Part 2
058 - 3223X9053R - NASA - What Happened on the Moon - 2 of 2

I posted a lower-quality version of this documentary a while back. This is a better-quality version.

I'd say it's about on par with the circumstantial evidence of missing teeth and mysterious quarters that prove the tooth fairy.

Some guy is (according to me) telling lies, which proves that he's a government agent taking part in a massive conspiracy.

I remain underwhelmed by the argument.
