Enjoy while you can. Oral Roberts has collect 2 million of a needed 14 to project a 100 mile long Choreographic laser image of a cross right in the center of the moon.

Look at the flag on the picture, how could you explain it??

Tell me if you find the answer
Through the near-magical technology of stiff wire.

There is a piece of wire running from the flag pole across the top of the flag, holding it out.

It's not waving, just sitting still, suspended by the piece of wire.

With respect to the "moon landing hoax" theory, all I can really say is:

Also, explain to them how little gravity there is. The flag wouldn't hang like it does on earth.

Re: The moon landing

I also believe that the rod either wasn't as long as the flag, or they had problems pulling the rod out to it's full length. This makes the flag look scrunched up on the rod, which many people seem to think are waves in the flag due to a breeze.

As has been stated, if you watch a movie of them working with the flag, you'll see it's quite still, unless the astronaut is struggling to get it into the ground. The lunar surface was a bit harder than they predicted.

Re: The moon landing

I won't read the entire thread, but my argument againts the "the moon landing was faked" conspiracy theory is this:

Bill Clinton could not keep a BJ secret more than 6 months or so, and this involved only two people. You expect me to believe a program that involved hundreds of thousands to some degree or another could be kept secret for 40 years?

Give me a break.

A man on the moon is a cakewalk. I've been living on another planet for over three years now, planet Japan.

Re: The moon landing

If the Moon landings was a hoax, what about the rest of the space programmes?

I find no reason whatsoever not to believe that men has been to the Moon.

Re: The moon landing

There is no reason to not believe it, unless you just "want" to not believe it. There's plenty of evidence to show we have been there, the arguments against are mediocre at best and I've seen the best arguments shot down with simple scientific explanations.

The Soviet Union would had know it if the US lied, and taking into account the superpower rivalry and the prestige as well, the Soviets wouldn't have kept quiet about it.

True, not to mention the amount of people involved in such a scam with the moon landing to begin with. Somebody would have said something - it's human nature. It's why the theories with 9/11 make me shrug and roll my eyes an equal amount. It puts too much faith in the ability of humans to not blow a secret.
