Building Stonehenge in the backyard...

Iam's thread on the pyramids reminded m me of this.

A guy basically looks at Stonehenge and says, "heck, I can do that!" and then proceeds to start recreating it in his backyard...by himself...without the use of wheels, pulleys, engines or other modern tools. Simply amazing.

It completely destroys my vision of thousands of workers being needed to move those stones cross-country and somehow raise them into place. This guys does remarkably well all by himself.

Wally Wallington has demonstrated that he can lift a Stonehenge-sized pillar weighing 22,000 lbs and moved a barn over 300 ft. What makes this so special is that he does it using only himself, gravity, and his incredible ingenuity.

No worries. If I ever teach a college physics class (or maybe even World History) I'd love to be able to do this as a semester project.
