There is, or was, a 'formal debate' over on a racist message that I won't name, but when the resident 'revisionists' finally got bullied into a real debate, one, the most active one at that, suddenly 'got busy at work' and disappeared for months. The other kept trying to change the rules, and finally got his ass handed to him anyway, in the midst of all their fellow neo-Nazis.

It was a grand moment. LOL

Needless to say, there was never a repeat, but they still carry on in their own little special 'forum', devoted to 'Da Trooth" ....

Yes, indeed, but the 'Internet collective mind' is like a extreme case of Alzheimer's; somebody new comes along every day that has never seen any given crock like this, and 'discussions' start all over again, as if the last 30 years of blasting this crap out of the water never took place, never happened.

This is why I think the Moderators of this forum are being irresponsible by allowing this thread to stay in this particular forum; it is not 'history' but an easily traced propaganda campaign tthat has no place here; allowing it to stand here is tacit to giving it legitimacy as something actually debatable. There are more appropriate forums for this crap.

I think it falls withing the parameters of a historical discussion ONLY because it involves a historical event. But where else would you put it?

For me, I think I'll just make this my last post in this thread and watch it sink out of sight.

I wasn't there, I don't know first hand what happened. I've read a lot of the books and sites about the holocaust and all the competing claims, but what I do know is that an old man who was a friend of mine, until his death, helped liberate the camps in Germany. He was a tough old bugger who had been on his own since he was 13 years old. The only time I ever saw him cry was when he talked about what he had seen while liberating those camps. He had no reason to lie, I think he told the truth.

Well, this board is singular in it's lack of a forum for conspiracy theories, astrology, paranormal nonsense, and all that sort of thing, so the 'Just For Fun' forum is the place for this stuff around here.
