What about those Stazi files? I know every other East German was keeping tabs on his neighbors, but what became of Nazi intel experts that lived in East Germany? Something tells me that they hung in there.

There is an authority for the administration of these files ( the so-called "Birthler-Behörde", headed by a former east german dissident) and it has already brought MP´s, ministers and others in trouble when their past as eastern german secret agents was suddenly public.
And as to Nazi leaders ending up in eastern Germany I can for example mention the german commander at Stalingrad, Marshal Paulus and a couple of other generals, but most prominent Nazis went west.
