Strike FDR from your list, and I might agree with you. He and the congress that served concurrently with him got us into a lot of the trouble that we are facing now, and rather than praising him, he should be burned in effigy.
On a side note, Eisenhower warned us about the military/industrial complex getting too powerful, and I think people should have taken him more seriously.
