They lived without utilities AND money where they came from. Why do you think undermining sanitation in US cities would solve the immigration problem?

And Mr. Wong is OH so Wong! It is not legal to discriminate when a service is offered to the public. Given that the majority of illegal immigrants in Arizona are Hispanic, this would definitely amount to racial discrimination. And there is no due process in the process to assure that those who are cut off are indeed illegals.

How do you conclude that? You said yourself that the deciding factor would be illegal immigration and that being hispanic is coincidental. I suppose that doctors specializing in treating breast cancer are sexist because they provide the majority of their services to women?

Uh no, they woudn't have jobs if, as I suggested, states make it a crime for employers to hire them. What employer is going to hire an illegal Mexican and risk going to jail. NONE! :rolleyes:

Nonpayment of utility bills is another bill.

How do you get the power company to send you power to begin with without id? How do you buy property or rent without id?

They will just run extension cords to the neighbors.

Some apartments come with utilities. Going to the utility company isn't a must for many people who rent. Before I was off for surgery I was working a locum tenens job and stayed the week in an apartment in anther town. It came with everything including telephone.

In addition to what Sunshine said, there is always one family member that has the necessary information so that address can be verified. Utility companies really do not care who pays the bill as long as the bills gets paid.
