Sink? Actually not... Russia is rising. It has one of the world's biggest economical growth. And not because of oil prices. Oil and gas are less then 10% of russian economy.

In that time american debt is getting bigger and bigger.

Russia had paid all her soviet debt. By 2007 Russia will be the only country in Europe that have no debts.

To say something positive about Russia, I do agree to that your economy is clearly on the rise. I can see that with the constantly rising amounts of trade we have with Russia. That is the good thing that is going on, I only hope you use the money wisely, no need to invest so heavily on weapons.. there are better things you can do with that money. And I do thank you for paying of those debts from Soviet times, though we had forgiven big parts of it already.

Russia got the whole USSR debt! The whole debt of all 15 countries!

Not truth actually. Some of soviet debts were restructed but not forgiven. Russia paid it all...

Well I am sure it is easy to pay debt when you misplace and forget things. If you can do that with nuclear weapons, then what's an extra zero dropped off at the end of a billion.

Seriously though, sounds as if you are lickin your chops for another Russian run at imperialism. With the Russian government and the close relationship to the Chinese and Iranian governments, that scares me, thus I must hope for a strong US government to help counter it.

Here is what I do when I go to other countries. If somebody starts badmouthing you about america and being an american for the sake of being an ass ask them (in their native language, just learn this phrase) what specifically is so bad about the American people. It doesn't matter if you don't speak the language because they won't be able to answer you most times because they are just on the hate america bandwagon and can't think for themselves

I really love Persia. You don't even know that christian and zoroastrianistic religions feel there freely.

And Ahmadinedjad came to power because of America's rapacious policy that make weak country to subdue. Just examples:

I have already said, that the contracts that America imposed Russia when Russia was weak are absolutely disadvantageous. Russia gets 0$ from Sakhalin-1 and Sakhalin-2 oilshelfs. Just imagine, that the owner of oilshelfs gets 0$ from it! It's simple robbery from american side.

That's the key for understanding anti-americanism in the world.

Did I say the Chinese people or the Iranian people scare me? Or did I not say the governments? I am not anti-Iranian, nor am I anti-Chinese. They are people, they don't always reflect their government, I can see there is a difference, you can't. That is why you are anti-American. You hate the people because of the government. I wish the Iranians were free, the same to the Chinese, and that their governments were reformed. I don't hate Russian people, but I am not a fan of the government, hell I like Canadians, but I despise our government. You have to learn to sometimes differentiate.

Ahmadinedjad is a man who wishes Israelis dead. Now maybe if he wished for them at most to be moved, I could see him as a "moderate" but he wishes them destroyed. Your government works with him, providing him the weapons to kill these people, in effect helping him support the terrorist group hezbollah. This is the kind, peaceful man you are speaking of?

Give me a break, you have no right to criticize the US for any policy when Russia's policies are as half assed and a threat to security as much as anyone elses. Take a step back from la la land and join us in the real world won't you?
