No, my point is Canadians do have somewhat of a bad reputation at this forum. I remember being 'welcomed' to USPO as the 1st non-American-hating Canadian poster many Americans had ever seen here.

Thus, if it was a poll of the best country in the world, held at USPO, you know Canada wouldn't win it. That was my point of reference to USPO.

I just dont get why people from Sweden are number 3 on this list, since I think of them as a bunch of boring uptight socialist snobs and Ive met quite a few. I think high of the French people and their country on the other hand.

My impression of Canada as well but you could easily add most of the older EU countries and especially Germany to this list as well. The U.S obviously dont qualify for anything in this category, it never did and it never will. People who think it does are naive brainwashed dumbasses and mostly americans by the way.
