Re: Who are the most fair and balanced people in the world ?
I guess that Rev somebody who murdered a guy and talked about shanking people kind of sticks in our minds. He was a nasty bigoted racist from Australia.

Re: Who are the most fair and balanced people in the world ?
I haven't traveled the world enough to make a judgement call and as for the people on forums, I've witnessed both foreign and domestic B.S.
Therefore since I’d be inclined to go with the U.S., I picked “other”.

Re: Who are the most fair and balanced people in the world ?
Helene put it very well in post #15.
On this forum, as anywhere else, you cannot tell whether a person will be balanced or biased depending on which part of the world he or she is. The only thing I have ever been able to conclude is that people who have studied at a university tend to be a little more balanced and less biased. However, you cannot be sure about that either.

Re: Who are the most fair and balanced people in the world ?
Yea, I wouldn't even go that far. I know people that are completely set in their ways and unmovable in their opinions, solely because of the fact that they went to college...

I have met some of those, too.

Re: Who are the most fair and balanced people in the world ?
Yeah, me either.
But remember boys, this is a "fair and balanced" poll from a "fair and balanced" member ![]() Yep, "fair and balanced". They like to say that a lot don't they ? Why IS that ? They sure as hell aren't "fair and balanced". Are they trying to convince gullibles they ARE by using this as some kind of mantra ? Hmmmm........... Proving MY view that some of the nuttiest OF us are the closest to really BEING "fair and balanced". Just look at those who like to chant "fair and balanced" as a mantra and like to claim to be the sanest. Us crazies can tell who the REAL crazies are very easily ![]() |

Samantha,
You were apparently correct in your supposition (long gone from this thread). Apparently we are not allowed to take note of apparent racist proclivities of a certain contingent here at USPO. Indeed... such posts just evaporate as if they never happened. (I had to edit this post in hopes that it will not disappear along with the others for even mentioning the topic obliquely) |

Re: Who are the most fair and balanced people in the world ?
I don't think any country can truly be "Fair and Balanced," after all, all cultures harbor some level of discrimination that their culture has imprinted upon them.

Re: Who are the most fair and balanced people in the world ?
Why do you ask - this is just evident.
My culture is the best because we are the most balanced and our way of life is the most ideal one. Our culture and traditions are the best ones and today we have the best way of living and we consume most. My relatives are the best looking people and their way of thinking is the greatest I can imagine. All the countries in the world should adopt our way of life - if not they are our enemies. Actually those people in the neighboring country are not so balanced and their people are grazy and ugly also. There is no civilization and they frequently missbehave as they are poor. We must find a way how to change their policies, government and attitude. It would be better to kill them because they may start to think to develop weapon to destroy us and the real civilization. UN should support the cleansing - otherwise we don't pay our UN membership fee. We are going to make a global alliance to complete this job - the Wyonga Islands have promised to join the coalition forces already so we have an international approval to our holly project to save the Earth. |
