In your opinion, from what country do you find news/opinions the most fair and balanced. (news and opinion is written by people of that country of course)

My answer, without any doubt in mind, Australians win by a landslide.
Canadians & English come second.

LOL!!! Why Australians? Because we had some on here for a while that you could relate to?

Couple of bad eggs, the majority of Australians i've met/debated with are very much fair and balanced people.

Which country has the maximum amount of people that are fair and balanced. Obviously there will always be bias views from people in every country.

Where's the "nobody on the entire planet" option?

If I'm from a country that is deemed not to have fair and balanced people, how would I be able to recognize a country that had fair and balanced people?

In the last 20 years or so - America.
Nowhere else on the planet is there so much diversity of race, ethnicity, social status and religion than here...all living very close together...99.9% of the time getting along perfectly well.

Huh? Apart from daisym, seems like the majority of Aussies on this site are white supremists... hardly an example of 'fair and balanced' - unless Fox is your definition of such.

As for the thread topic, I don't think it is possible - some of the biggest idiots I've encountered on this site have been Canadians.

I submit, this is a bad thread, it won't and can't work.

Most people here are American and dishonest.

Irish and many british, maybe because their media is a fair and balanced one.
I find Australians to be racist and ultra conservative, their media is also like that too, very much like US neocons

Sorry Jessie, I know some Aussies, they are not the most fair and balanced, they are my friends, they're great, but they have some harsh opinions about every other place. I mean just the way they treat New Zealanders. Haha, they are cool people though. Steve Irwin may have been the exception, but other than that. And no I don't believe it's Canadians either. I mean we are all people, we are all mean, and none of us are fair, so really there may be no answer.

Irish and British! hahahahaha, no no the thing that makes them great is that they aren't. That's why they are so funny. Their media is like picking up a tabloid.

European,Middle Eastern and Eastern covers an awful lot of countries and people many of them vastly different to each other......yet America gets an entry all of her own ( unless you're including all of south America in there as well...... )

Well.... having been on this forum for about 4 years now, I can honestly say that I've seen fair and balanced people from everywhere, and biased and unbalanced people from everywhere.

I've come across people I agree with ideologically that make me cringe, and people I vehemently disagree with, whom I'd enjoy hanging out with.

Sometimes the same people are fair and balanced about one thing, and not so fair and balanced about another. There's no real prediction one can make, certainly not based on nationality.
