Dear Mexico.

Please regulate your borders. There are Americans who are considering putting land mines and poisoning those water stations in the desert. While such actions are criminally irresponsible, if these same kooks decide to actually start shooting people crossing the borders you know damn well your panties are gonna get in a bunch.

Dear Mexico,

Start trying to improve your own economy and standard of living. Stop using the US as a relief valve to keep disatisfaction down and none of the things reino mentioned would be an issue.

Maybe that North American Union project would help them to do that very thing.

Nope it would be just another way of moving jobs from the US to Mexico or Mexicans into the US for jobs that can't be moved. They have oil revenue, they need to start getting serious instead of looking at the US as their relief valve.
