I am new, and I am sure you all have discussed this, but I just want to get a idea of a few people's views on the issue.

First of all, I definitely believe illegal immigration and taking advantage of America's system is completely wrong. There are no excuses. However, I defend illegal immigrants on the belief that there could have been miscommunication. I believe a lot of the illegal immigrants are innocent people in search of asylum from the harsh reality that is Mexico. Mexico is in desperate need of reform. As far as criminals and "bad seeds" go, if the American people want to make sure their soil is not "invaded", instead of wasting more money and creating more hatred, how about hire American ambassadors and send them to Mexican border cities to communicate with the Mexican people. Also, population survelliance programs should be created. This would cost less money. I completely oppose the border wall.

While I cannot blame the people for wanting to better themselves, the fact is that the illegal problem must be dealt with. If shooting them down to teach others that we mean business is the answer, than so be it.

IMO, I think we should place landmines and claymores all along the border and post signs stating such......If people get blown up, then I guess they are at fault for not listening to the warnings.

You know what might change their willingness to enter illegally and burden our systems?

If coming here is a crime, maybe a 6 month sentence to a fed run work farm could put something back into the government pot they are so used to taking from.

i think mexicans are coo. they nice and work hard at crappy jobs i wouldn take as a 21 yr old who works at a resturaunt. i say that as i am from tucson arizona. i dunno if the people i work with are legal or illegal i know that many cant really speak english almost all not fluently. i would secure the borders and ignore the ones that already made it past however if they commit crime of any kind over a traffic violation id stick em in a jail for life or boot em out. anyways clay more mines lol!!!!!!! stupid american shit! l ololool
