People eat European healthy fast foods at lunch before a business meeting all over Europe (They often don't have much time). They find a quick restaurant serving salads they mix with healthy foods (nuts, lentils, tomatoes...possibly a bit of roquefort ... for instance) . There are very good ones in Europe serving delicious healthy salads.

Mc Donald's foods are fast foods but they are unhealthy foods that make too much damages to American obese bodies but could harm European bodies as well.
American Mc Donald's and co fast foods are world's axis of evil as far as foods are concerned.

They have McDonald's in Europe too. In fact the filthiest McDonald's I have ever been in was in Venice, Italy. I couldn't bring myself to go up to the counter and order. It was repulsive. There was also one in Vienna that wasn't much better.

You know what's great about free nations in Europe and America? We have the freedom to eat bad food if we want.
