'Big Brother' row

No doubt many of you have heard about this farce which embarrasses this country on the world stage yet again. I just can't decide which element of this pathetic, tawdry filth i despise the most.
The dreary, smug television execuives and their brainless, vulgar programmes aimed at brainless, vulgar people?
The hideous, cretinous housemates Jade and somebody else, a product of the permissive society and appalling education system implemented since the sixties?
The hysterical media reaction, seeking 'racism' within everything and suddenly, belatedly moralising about the state of society? As if they couldn't tell it was falling apart already...
Unbelievably this seems to have become world news and is even causing diplomatic incidents with India.

Now, normally i wouldn't comment on anything Big Brother related, i think I've made my contempt for it clear enough. But the events of this week are relevant to, and indicative of, wider society.
Anyone can tell that the events within ths house have nothing to do with 'racism', an empty, pointless word that sucks the meaning out of any debate in which it is brought up. So lets kick that idea into touch. Rather, this ignorance and bullying is symptomatic of a wider social malaise evident in the UK, Generation 'Chav'. These people are immediately hostile and aggressive to anyone who is smarter, prettier and generally not an all-round sub-moronic scumbag. And it's happening everywhere, folks!

Whilst the liberal elite act pious about 'racism' and 'climate change', society is falling apart underneath them due to forty years of the permissive society's erosion and debasing of family life, communities, the country's identity and most of all, the education system.
Perhaps if any good comes of this, this country will take a long, hard look at itself. Blair's Britain has been a disgrace for some years now, and now we're exposed on the international stage.

In all fairness I don t think that 3 stupid people should have caused such a scandal. They are not the whole of Britain Though its embaressing for the likes of Jade Goody to be considered a representative of Britain to India. What must they think??

Well exactly. Of course such attitudes and people are always going to exist. I was rather railing against this culture which glorifies and rewards vulgarity and vacuousness with cheap fame, then the severity with which the media reacted once the ubiquitous 'race card' was played. The hypocrisy of it stinks.

Well India cared about it. Because some British people in the big brother had a racist attitude towards a british who has indian origins. It went ou to a diplomatic affair between India and UK....

You can only blame those who were racists of course. And UK can only be embarrassed towards India... but does the behavior of a few represents to behavior of an entire population? of course not...

This kind of thing could happen in any country i guess...
