Interveiws from Iraq.

Last night I listened to Brian Williams (NBC) fron Iraq, and listening to the soldiers interveiwed, I would seem that most of them thought things were going well, and that they should be there. and that the Iraqis wanted us to stay.

This may or may not be the truth, but is is what they were saying.

Of course they may have felt pressured into saying those things, But is it possible that what they are saying is true, and the contrary reports have been wrong?

I sincerely hope that things are getting better there, but I have doubts.

Guess we will all have to simply wait and see. In spite of my own pessimism, I still have an open mind.

Re: Interveiws from Iraq.

Around 150 civilians killed in bombings yesterday and at least nine American soldiers. Anybody even suggesting that it is 'going well' ought to be sent there.
