Canada: Fugitive killer won't be deported

So a deviant who MURDERED his own Prime Minister in a 'BLOODY COUP' will be allowed to live amongst CANADIANS because if deported he would face his just desserts back home!

CANOE -- CNEWS - Canada: Canada won't deport fugitive killer

What a country!

Re: Canada: Fugitive killer won't be deported

I would have to hear the whole story...as in trial data.
If this was a monkey court session, and they were convicted absentia..I wouldn't deport them either.
However, if the court ruling is fair (both sides well represented, I have no idea how "fair" Bangladesh courts are) - then Canada is exercising it's opinion empirically, and has no right to let him live free.

According to the article which is from a fairly reputable news source stated that the reason for refusing to deport the man is that he faced death back home.

There was no mention of a flawed trial process or potential unfair treatment being in play...
