So I am clear on this incident and before the 10 yo was beaten with a metal pipe, the kid told the lady to go back to her country (according to the article) and threw a berry at her (the specific type of berry has not been specified). Is telling someone to go back to their country racist? I wasn't aware that one's country-of-origin classifies one with a particular race. Or did I miss a detail in the article?
