Kosovians don't "deserve" independence, because they forced the original people out by means of violence and have no actual means to stand on their own.
Um, what?

In 1995 a Serb told me, he was going to Serbia to help kill the Kosovo Albanians because they "are pigs that must be slaughtered"
Seems, you are in the same spirit.

Re: forcing out a small discurs into history for you:

Up to 230 bC Kosovo was Illyrian.
Then the Romans moved in.

Under Theodosius about 385 ad byzantinian
from 700 to 1000 bulgarian
1000 back to Byzantium, given as loan to Serbs under byzantinian rule.
1371 occupied by the Turks, Serbs LEFT Kosovo (they were NOT driven out )
More Albanians moved into the deserted area. Ever since then more than 80 percent of the Kosovo inhabitants were Albanians.
1389 Serbs finally defeated.
Turks ruled Kosovo for 400 years. then it was a lawless region until 1912, the time of the first Balkan war.
In that year Kosovo was given to Serbia.
1918 Serbia and Kosovo were integrated into the first Jugoslaw State.
!974 Kosovo became autonomprovince of Jugoslavia within Serbia.
1989 Milosevich revoked the Autonomy one sided forced Allbanians out and kicked the majority of public servants (Kosovo- Albanians out of the administration.
!996 the Kosovians want their country back. They get brutally maimed and murdered by Serbs.
1999 Nato intervenes and stops the worst part of the bloodshed and the Serbs from comitting genocide.

Feb 17. 2008 Kosovo declares independance.
In their constitution is the most important part the declaration of equality of all races within Kosovo, something the Serbs to this day refute.

Btw, the first Serbs came to the region as slaves of the Awars (Huns) at around 580 ad.
Albanians are a mixture of Greeks and Illyrians and lived in the region already 700 years before Christ or 1300 years before the first Serbs came into the region.

So who pushed whom out ?

be fair,Thank you
Vietnamese said "Guang Dong province" is a part of Vietnam.I don't surprise,S.Korean said North China and a huge part of Russia is a part of S.Korea too
Koreans are descendants of the Mongolians.

So if you want to give them outer Mongolia back, you ought - to be fair - give them innner Mongolia too.
and that is the largest part of northern China.
;=))

You know, sometimes I think, it would be better to reduce China to the eight kingdoms.
Perhaps then thereīd be a bit of peace and quiet in the region.
( take this at what itīs supposed to be - a joke )

Wrong again Fennica.

The greater part of the Celts moved to England.
only a few stayed in what is now the Bretagne.

A lot of the Aquitanians moved to Spain and the Belgians live in Belgium now, not in France.

Those who did stay in France are the Franks, a formerly german tribe.
( came with Charlemagne around 770 ad )

Original French read Caesar .
de bello gallico

Gallia est omnis divisa in partes tres quarum unam incolunt Belgae, aliam Aquitani, tertiam, qui ipsorum lingua Celtae, nostra galli impelluntur.

So the "Gauls" are not five, but merely one tribe in France, the Celts.
And even they came in from the east and are thus not really french.
