"Killing everything that moves"? Committing even more atrocities against completely innocent Palestinian civlians certainly isn't in any way commendable. It is just the opposite. And to claim the US would have committed what is apparently the genocide of millions of Palestinians is patently absurd despite committing numerous atrocities itself over its ignoble past. I see little difference between this hate-filled rhetoric and that which was just made by RRAHH. It is just the opposite side of the same coin.

No nation should be "lauded and praised" for committing so many gross human rights violations as well as war crimes against humanity. They deserve the condemnation of the entire world, not the entire world minus a few countries.

And they have initiated "all out war" against their enemies in the past. They have even committed terrorist acts against the British and the US government which resulted in the deaths of a number of civilians.

But does it really matter if some people in other countries openly advocate the overthrow of another government, much as many Israelis, Saudis, and Americans do with Iran? Isn't there a difference between rhetoric and acts? What sovereign government has engaged in war against Israel in the recent past? And who would be foolish enough to do so given the overwhelming superiority of the Israeli and US military?

So, Israel is being restrained because they haven't slaughtered the Palestinians wholesale? That's...pretty fucked up. You DO realize that not all Palestinians are attacking Israel, right?

Lauded and praised for what exactly? Violating international law? Attacking UN convoys and buildings? Using prohibited weapons? Ignoring cease settlement agreements?

Put yourself in the Palestinian's place; a foreign power has declared there to be a new country and that new country just happens to be right where you live. People start moving in as citizens of this new country and push you out. If you complain, they harass you, say the land was always theirs, and call you a terrorist. What are you going to do?

I cant agree with things like blowing up buses full of Israeli tourists or suicide bombing markets, but I can understand why the Palestinians are so angry.

I have shown at political level Ireland was justified in its critism of Isreal. Isreal made fake Irish Passports.

Ireland has continually supported Isreal right to exist.

Do you equate critism of killing innocent palestinians as anti Isreali because there is a line of countries that do that.

Ireland has very few Neo Nazis compared to other countries in Europe.

And to top it all off I think Isreal is Ireland's 7th largest trading partner...

Somebody in the west should be hostile to Isreal since they seem to regard Arab hostility as a free chance to clow somebody up and claim it was self defense. Isreal is really the last bastion of western imperialism in the world, the Western countries felt bad, wanted to get the Jews out of their own countries and most of all didn't care about what happened to Palestine. They regarded that land as theirs, so they shipped the Jews off, armed them to kill as many natives as they like and didn't think any more about it.

Are the Palestinians angry? Ya, can you see why? We haven't really regarded them a country, more a little bunch of "ragheads in the sand" who don't really count. And then we wonder why the arab community hates us. See also, invasion of Iraq, overthrow of Iranian leader and continous propping up of despots who do business with the west rather than democratic governments who don't.
