Seriously, what is so good about this show?

Bear in mind, I'm not a fan of sci-fi TV shows or movies. I like hard science fiction... it's got to be reasonably realistic and feasible. For example, most hollywood spaceships somehow have "gravity" in them, but no one every addresses how this is done. Maybe an occasional mention of some sort of "gravitron field" or something, but it's never really explained. Don't even get me started on inter-stellar travel, it's impossible. I guess I'm not willing to just sit back and be entertained, I'm too critical of the "science" they present.

I'd check out Sextraterrestrial III: Take Me To Your Breeder.

Yeah, but for me, most sci-fi on the screen is not even remotely believable. OTOH, there is lots of written sci-fi that tries to be more realistic. Unfortunately, the realistic stuff is more boring... it doesn't translate well to the screen. Not entertaining enough (no emphasis on explosions, aliens with large breasts, etc.).
