Lol, I'd say just as much fault lies with either the engineering of the shelves, or the overloading of the shelves. A simple bump like that shouldn't cause the whole damn warehouse to come down.

Yea, the shelves do look flimsy. Also, looks like a foot slip. notice he is backing up slow, then there is a burst speed increase and a puff of black cloud exhaust, then bam. I think he meant to go forward and to the right a bit after a quick adjustment of how he was lined up. Some of these lifts are designed with seperate forward and backward pedals. oops.
