In the french province of Alsace, one of the franco-german battlefields of WW I, construction workers recently uncovered the remains of 21 german soldiers, buried alive in a tunnel that collapsed due to allied shelling in March 1918. Since the dead could be identified , german authorities are now searching for their closest living relatives, which isn´t easy 93 years after.....

It's pretty amazing that we are still cleaning up after WW-I. The French government still has programs in place to neutralize and destroy found ordnance.
