I have a side gig as a photographer. While I shoot just about everything, I do concert photography the most.
Monday night, I had the chance to shoot Sarah McLachlan. Vocally, it's tied with Crosby, Stills & Nash as the best show I've ever seen.
She's also crazy sexy.
Anyway, I shot about 800 photos. I'm hyper-critical, and have a total of about 40 that I'm really happy with. I thought I'd share a sampling of them:
During the show, she talked about how she's getting divorced.

Thank you for sharing these! Yes, she is a beautiful woman. . .I also like it that she looks "real," as a person.
I love her voice, I love her music, and I think she sounds like very decent, down to earth person.
These pictures are fabulous! They show her exactly the way I imagined her. . .just natural beauty.
I should mention that, along with being wickedly hot, she's also an absolute sweetheart...

She did. They had a baby grand that stagehands would wheel to the front of the stage, and then wheel it back next to the drums when she was done...

I've been told I'm one of the better concert photographers out there. Whether that's true or not isn't for me to decide, but I've been published many times, and have a number of CD and DVD covers under my belt...
In her day, Sarandon was pretty hot, too.She's a class act all the way but probably a lot more like Susan Sarandon than you'd like her to be...
I was at the after-show party with Sarah, and she actually struck me as being wickedly intelligent. I like that in a liberal...
