And, a bit off topic but another example of sick mobs, is the example of a teenager who committed suicide last week while broadcasting on the web and no one did a thing about it until it was too late. In fact some even egged him on. KNX - Live Internet Suicide

IF this were a one off I might be able too muster some sympathy for wal-mart but we started this out with that Cincinnati concert crush back in the 80's as the crowd was let loose for general seating, there by almost guaranteeing a rush, and this has occurred many times there after, to me that means they have a willful responsibility to ensure such safety and they didn't.

K. I'll show my age. When folks got trampled at The Who concert many moons ago, was anyone held responsible for that? I do know that the practice of general admission changed soon after, but I don't recall if anyone was held responsible or liable.
