    Im Back!

    Just to catch you up:

-rush was right. if you listened to him regularly, you would understand he was saying something absurd to illustrate the absurdity of Flukes statement. harrasing advertisers is wrong, if you dont like him, dont listen, thats a win win for everyone. he thought his name calling went to far, whatever. his choice. this was all a convinient distraction from the fundemental issue of the role of govt in healthcare, and a chance for liberals to take out an enemy. rush will be fine, and obama will use this to start a new war, a gender war

-obama is lying and being hypocritcal on oil. private lands are producing more oil, federal lands are declining. more perimits have done nothing to help, as long as federal land is still closed. more oil cant hurt gas prices, less oil sure can

-afghanistan, stuff happens, the mission hasnt changed. Obama is doing right to say this but his actions have matched his words. he wants the US out now, regardless of the consequences, and no on is asking what will happen to the people left behind.

    -syria, not our problem

-voter id laws. common sense dictates that verifying someone is eligible to vote by proving their identity is reasonable. preventing fraud is just as important as punishing it. theres no hardship to get an id

-economy. still slow, more jobs are great, but its not enough to actually create growth. to the extent that anything democrats did created jobs, it came at too great a cost. the priority should be dealing with debt and out of control spending, not stimulus

-and last and least the election. who cares? meet the new boss, same as the old boss. romney will win nomination, obama will beat him at negative campaigning and fundraising, and no matter what happens, we individuals still get the shaft

And the Pubs have an equitable amount of their own shananigans going on.

    Anyway, welcome back!

The bolded is the only thing I want to address, the rest is just partisan drivel.

The oil companies are producing record amounts of oil/gas and are exporting record amounts of oil/gas so there's plenty of gas, the oil companies just prefer to export it for higher profits, which is their right to do. I see no reason to open more land to drill on right now, that would just give the oil companies more to export. Why not save it for when we really need it in our country. Why supply the world with our oil.
