I dont understand what you mean, but I have no problem with people legally donating to a PAC, even one run by his son that supports Thompsan.

It's not the donations that are a problem. The problem is that the PAC's money is just being given to Thompson's son as a "consultant." There's no real PAC-related behavior happening.

It's also relatively unbiased, which is why I like it. If you look at their front page they post articles from both right and left authors and politicians so you can get both perspectives on an issue.

It is just another case of Liberals being afraid of a strong conservative candidate. Therefore they try to dig something up and blow it all out of proportion in a cowardly attempt to discredit said conservative early on. They do this because they know they cannot win a debate against an honest, right-thinking conservative because most liberal political beliefs are hubris.
