Ho no!
CNN.com - CNN Political Ticker
Oops. A state co-chair for McCain's campaign got busted for soliciting a prostitute. What is it with Republicans and hookers? Can't they get laid on their own?

Re: Ho no!
Honestly, I just don't get it. I'd rather go without that have sex with a prostitute. The thought is a bit nauseating.

Re: Ho no!
Well, despite the fact that no one ever comes out and says "Yeah, I'm looking to have sex with a prostitute, I pay for sex all the time", the industry seems to thriving.
Apparently, unlike buying an iPhone, paying for a little nookie is not something you brag about to everyone who will listen. And at $275/hour, this Madam was not catering to the working poor, so I expect the thousands of phone numbers in her records have a few front page stories left. Here's a question I'd like to ask, did Vitter pay for the hookers on his own credit card, did he find a way to charge it to the taxpayers or did a lobbyist pick up the tab? Because that could change this story from that of a lonely guy in a moment of weakness, to something deserving of prison time.

I think they just need to masturbate more. It's legal, free, and it won't make the news (at least, not the news I usually read). |

Re: Ho no!
When natural drives are demonized, then things get a little twisty - Victorian England was a mecca of child abuse. Repubs, who have to run as Xtian saints and soldiers, probably think sex is dirty - leading to cognitive dissonance and hookers.
