Rice as VP Candidate?

It may be advantageous to pick Condoleezza Rice as VP Candidate: Vice President Rice?

Re: Rice as VP Candidate?

She's wearing the stigma of being a Bush administration loyalist. I don't think anyone can shake that, especially not yet.

I agree that this makes the scenario in the article less likely.

Re: Rice as VP Candidate?

What has Rice done to deserve further appointments by the American people?

She was also one of the principal proponents of the Iraq invasion, not to mention the Bush baggage she'd bring along.

Nothing but downside in this choice.

Rice as VP?

No way!

That would be the very first thing that would make me vote against a ticket, would be the presence of any kind of evil Neo-Con slime anywhere on it, near it, or around it.

Nope, no can do.

Down with the Neo-Morons! That kinda cancer, needs to be completely excised from the American political process!

Fantastic idea. Not that the Republicans have a chance in hell at winning anyways but this would seal the deal for the Dems.

Re: Rice as VP Candidate?

Mccaine has to pick a conservative as a running mate.
She doesnt want the job nor would take it. She isnt a conservative. She is liberal to moderate on many issues. wont happen.

Only the left would think so. its just a story to get readers.

Mccaine will pick A thompson or a haley barber (sp) Someone with conservative roots that can win the south and conservative vote he loses.
