Oh and about the Iraqi troops: They were surrendering with open arms. They wanted food and water. They were happy to see us.

Back to the OP, I can easily discern the difference between the statements made by Michelle and John:

John McCain is Republican and at least weakly conservative. Therefore he inherently loves America and truely desires what is best for this great nation.

Michelle Osama is democrat and liberal, therefore inherently hateful of America and desiring of our demise. She is most assuredly lying when she claims she now loves America, all liberals hate America all the time.

I call myself taking a break from this place just to come back and see that the morons who once trolled the halls have merely been replaced. At least they were entertaining! As a matter of fact, this place has been annexed! I remember when W.E.B. got the boot I should have known then that Rupert Murdoch made a move on this humble ground.

Anyway believe whatever you wish, it's an aside anyway. The meat and potatos of my original post still stand. And you solidify it absoluteness with every word you type.
Maybe you should take another break because if you think you are going to pull a fast one on real vets who have been in combat then you better think twice.

You start by attacking vets, then get caught telling a whopper, then whine when you get busted. Like your statement of marching through Kuwait into Iraq then we find out you claim to be a deuce jockey. Cannot make up your mind if you humped or drove? Which ever sounds better....I get it.

Maybe you are better suited back over at DU where they have a bunch of soldierboys who claim they have seen combat and were ordered to committed bunch of war crimes only to be exposed as never even have served or didn't even make it out of basic training.

What I find so funny is, you refuse to give your unit. Every combat vet I know is proud of the unit they served in.

Anyone can pick up a Time mag and know that.

How about you telling us what they were trying to give us when they were surrendering?

Not all of the time...............just 99.999% of the time.

They love America when it helps them politically.

I think he was feeling the heat off that Deuce and a half engine. The super fast combat version of the 2 1/2 ton really puts out the heat especially when you're hot on the heals of Saddams' Republican Guard.

Mudwhistle it was actually a slip of the tongue, I didn't go thru Kuwait from Saudi into Iraq the same night, but big deal. I was there, that's the point.
Funny thing though about exaggerating some of my stories about that place have grown in the years. That's funny you used that particular word.

Oh and I don't recall any wind. I honestly think that those fires were just that hot. And something else I remember. There was some sort of scare about the fumes from those fires having negative affects on soldiers.
It must have been Saddam's Carbon Footprint.

Rotten bastard deserved to get hung. He must have raised the temp of the Earth at least 5 degrees by himself with all of those burning oil wells. To think we were only 5 degrees from all being cannibals.
