Re: Obama's brother found living in a hut.
I am certainly not a Barack supporter, but how do we know that when he visited his grandmother and brother in Kenya in 06 that he didn't offer to send them money and they refused his charity? How do we know that he didn't offer to bring them to the United States and he would pay for their living? We don't' so this story is pure bullshit.

The difference is that Cindy's sister says she is hurt by the fact that Cindy describes herself as an only child.
Do you have anything that says Obama ever denied that this guy was his half brother?

Re: Obama's brother found living in a hut.
Bringing up Obama's half-brother is bizarre and ridiculously off-point. First of all, Barack didn't win the surname lottery like Cindy Hensley. He had to make his own wealth, and he really didn't have a solid footing until relatively recent. For most of Barack and his brother's lives, Barack was in no position to give out free lunch, even to a sibling. Is he in a position to help his bro now? Yes. But if I were Barack, I'd tell him to straighten his life out, go to school and work to contribute to society; in other words, prove that he can make something of himself before I even consider bringing him to the states. It sounds like junior is making an effort, so perhaps sometime in the future, we'll see Barack helping out his bro more.
Second of all, it wasn't like the younger Obama was receiving a certain amount of contribution and then was suddenly cut off by the older brother; like what Cindy did. She cut off her sister immediately after her dad passed away. I mean, think all the things that a daughter normally does when a loved one is gone - grief, plan for the funeral, reminisce the old times, etc; she had cutting off her sister as one of the priorities. And she didn't even tell her sister in advance, she just did it and let her sis found out later. That's cold. And as a character issue, that's the difference between Cindy McCain and Barack Obama. Although the real issue ought to be between John Sidney McCain III and Barack Obama. |

Obama has a sibling that he has left with a dollar a day - knowingly. Obama has been in the money for years- he could have done something before now and hasn't - that is COLD man. Cold. LOL (sarcasm intended)

No, he doesn't. But he doesn't deny his existence and he has offered assistance. That's pretty nice.

Sorry for the tangent...
But can you imagine how fucking hilarious the vetting of Billy Carter (link) would be today...with the Internet, camera/video phones, etc... Just too fun to contemplate. |
