OBAMA CAMPAIGN ISSUES TALKING POINTS TO MEDIA AHEAD OF DEBATE

The Obama campaign issued a set of debate 'talking points' to media on Wednesday morning, the DRUDGE REPORT can reveal.

Press Secretary Sean Smith issued the directive in an email from Pennsylvania, 12 hours before the debate.

The memo oddly mirrors much of the main press analysis and theme of the current campaign:

* This is John McCain's last chance to turn this race around and somehow convince the American people that his erratic response to this economic crisis doesn't disqualify him from being President.

* Just this weekend the weekend, John McCain vowed to "whip Obama's you-know-what" at the debate, and he's indicated that he'll be bringing up Bill Ayers to try to distract voters.

* So we know that Senator McCain will come ready to attack Barack Obama and bring his dishonorable campaign tactics to the debate stage.

Obama continues to lead on the economic crisis with a rescue plan for Main Street.

* Over the course of the campaign, Barack Obama has laid out a set of policies that will grow our middle class and strengthen our economy.

The Obama camp is completely in control here.

Obama has run a pretty tight ship the last 2 years. He wouldn't just let something like this "leak" out.

It was sent out and leaked on purpose, in order to challenge McCain to attack him personally at the debate.

And it's a fastball that Obama wants to take and hit out of the park since the polls have shown an increasing slide for McCain, precisely because of the negative stuff.

I really have no clue what McCain is going to do.

The "press release" is accurate in its observations of the behavior of John McCain and his campaign staff. John McCain has failed to show the American people that he is ready to take on the challenges which will face our next president. If, realizing the depth of his own failure, he decides to go negative tonight, I think that the American people will resoundingly reject him.

Well right away Obama comes out with stupidity, that eliminating tax breaks for businesses who outsource will somehow encourage a business who now has higher costs to employ more americans at even higher cost. WHen one of the reasons they are outsourceing is because of high taxes. ANd then comes mccain with this dumb stories. I need alcohol.

ANd then Obama just going to repeat his falsehood about cutting taxes for 95% of workers, even though only 60% even pay taxes.

Oh, I see then, it won't mean unemployment , just across the board inflation. I get it.

But wait..........when the goods go up to cover the taxes (lets face it, the tax increases will be felt at the register) and sales falter, then we get the unemployment. Thats a Barrack Obama one-two punch!
