Re: NJ and Virginia Republican wins
Fuck the "big tent." What good is a party if it stands for nothing?

Re: NJ and Virginia Republican wins
I don't care for social conservatism much myself, but the cultural diversity nuts sicken me just the same and are as much of a pariah in this country as the social conservatives.

Re: NJ and Virginia Republican wins
The recent Republican victory of the governor's race in both New Jersey and Virginia is a bad foreboding for the Democrats.
Especially ominous for the Democrats is the fact that extreme left-wing New Jersey turned Republican. The Democrats should be scared - very scared! |

Re: NJ and Virginia Republican wins
These two races don't really mean anything as I see it for three reasons...
1) From what I've read, the Dems in both races were terrible candidates. 2) In Gubernatorial races I don't think "national" issues are all that important. These races were about how the individuals were going to handle that state's particular issues. 3) I have a cold and I swear I had a third reason, but I seem to have forgotten it.
