It was redacted. It's not politically correct to identify a group that identify themselves as a color.

Not surprising that you would defend this though. I wonder how you would have reacted if the video showed two KKK members, club in hand, and the deterred voters were black.
YouTube - "Security" patrols stationed at polling places in Philly
    Please.

No sound, but what I see is a couple of poorly dressed guys standing on a curb saying something to the guy that is videoing them. No hostile movements or anything to suggest that there was an imminent risk of violence.

The man is carrying a cane in one hand.

And before you throw stones, look at what the GOP has done to suppress votes - nobody's hands are clean.

    Armed?

One guy had a walking stick. They weren't obstructing entry. They weren't harassing anyone. Yeah, they had some funky outfits, but that's nothing new for anyone.

Or, should the mere fact that 2 black men dared to be standing together in public be enough to scare people?

They are a racist, communist, militant group with a reputation for violence.

When I was a kid they shot one of my friends for playing football with whitey.

The Black Panthers also don't exist any more.

But a Back Panther? I have no idea what that is.

Two armed men in paramilitary outfits are worth being concerned about. A cane too short to be used as a walking stick is a baton which is in fact a truncheon which is a weapon. The gentleman with the truncheon doesn't deny carrying a weapon when it is called a "nightstick" by the speaker with a camera during a recording taken at the location.

    Canes are themselves a weapon:

    I'd like to make a suggestion if I may;

to the uhm, folks who seem to think this is a puff, a distraction, not anything worth noting, non event etc. or just pass this over/on with a blase ho hum, most especially those who don't watch or read the news, I strongly, most strongly urge you to go, google and read. Read the case.

heres a primer ala the "black panthers who are they" "they still around"...note the garb, in the vid. and on the site for starters.

    New Black Panther Party

think of this as a public service announcement.

Yes, any stick can be a weapon. However, I don't see any sign of violence or the threat thereof.

I mean, yeah, there's some mean looking black men there.

But even though I'm a white guy, I'm not intimidated by that.

    A cane?

    You are obviously being disingenuous.

It appears to be a black walking stick with a silver hand-hold.

In any case, I still don't see what law(s) these gentlemen broke based on what I see in the video.

Not according to liberal logic. It would only be a criminal case if the militants were white.
"To be governed is to be watched, inspected, spied upon, directed, law-driven, numbered, regulated, enrolled, indoctrinated, preached at, controlled, checked, estimated, valued, censured, commanded, by creatures who have neither the right nor the wisdom nor the virtue to do so." No, it wouldn't be a criminal case then, either.
