It wasn't even close, of course there was a case. Anyone who saw the video footage KNOWS there is a case.Pramjockey
Yeah, clearly they couldn't have dropped the case because, you know, there wasn't one.
Everyone also knows if these had been white Tea Partiers saying and doing the exact same thing to black voters, it would...pun intended...be a federal case.
"It's a good feeling to shoot a bad guy. Something you democrats would never understand. Americans are homesteaders, we want a safe home, keep the money we make, and shoot bad guys!"

"To be governed is to be watched, inspected, spied upon, directed, law-driven, numbered, regulated, enrolled, indoctrinated, preached at, controlled, checked, estimated, valued, censured, commanded, by creatures who have neither the right nor the wisdom nor the virtue to do so." John Stossel quoting some guy.

actually marcus its simpler than that.. ...a) para military grab complete with identifying markings,b) remarks to pedestrians of a racial nature c) black rubberized billy club clearly visible, ( of course if one cannot see it as a short black rubberized night stick my next question is how much did he cost and what kind of seeing eye dog do you have) d) and of course were they where, ala the p[polling place. e) an even cursory glance at the federal voter-intimidation statutes and the code I alluded to in an earlier post makes all of the a fore mentioned points equal exactly what the case was made originally said it was.
take those white tea partiers put them in the same place , same day, colored garb, same billy clubs/nightstick, replace the identifying marks ala the NBPP with say, 'aryan brotherhood' patches, have them say hey blackie, white man gonna rule yer ass...nope, nothing wrong here, nothing to see move along folks, no case no harm no foul...yea okay then...in what alternate universe?

I'll give you credit... you are out there fighting the good fight.
But dude... this is all on video... the 'armed' guys, people turned away, testimony of those people denied access to the polls, everything. DOJ career Attorneys felt it was enough... but it was pulled by order of the politicians.
Whatever happened to 'let a jury decide'?
I'll tell you... Holder didn't want a conviction and knew, as I do, as everyone here should know, that with this preponderance of video evidence, that's what he'd get.

These things have to be censored. We can not actually identify, but you can read between the lines.
By the way, had the intimidaters been white and those being intimidated been black. This would be a top news story. Hell, they would be interrupting soap operas with a news flash. Obamer would hold a special news conference like the one he did when the professor got arrested. Jesse and Al and the ACLU would be out in force.
This is elementary to those who live in the real world. But to the left... it just gets dismissed. Either you really can't see it, and we need to talk. Or your just deceitfully towing the liberal double standard agenda.![]()

Well uhhhmmm ala some other psts ala wt I wrte. I don't have ala audio, so I have to make asspts re ala what's said.
I personally would have just walked past them without a second thought. Maybe uttered a "hey, how's it going.." as I walked past. What are they going to do, beat me in broad daylight in front of a voting booth?

If there was inappropriate political pressure to dismiss the case, then I would absolutely support an investigation into that. However, I also recognize that it wouldn't be the first time it happened, nor will it be the last. But if that's what happened, I've got some serious concerns about that.
However, based on what I can see (remember no audio), I don't see voter intimidation. The object that the man is holding looks like a cane to me, but I admit that I could be wrong, since it's a compressed video streaming over the internet.
