4% growth for 4 years which would create 11 million private sector jobs-lower the tax rate on corporations to keep jobs here and or bring them back from overseas- and eliminate the capital gains tax for the middle class or those earning under 200 K per year--and eliminate many of the regulations that have a boot on the necks of business in this country.
I haven't read the entire proposal as yet--but so far it looks real good to me.
Here it is--complete version:

A is A

In his economic plan, I would change the reduction of income taxes to the Middle Class instead of the corporations. The Middle Class are the main consumers in our economy, they should more buying power.
Edit: It would be nice to have more cuts in either medicare or military spending. they are the big 2 that contribute to most of our debt

Lowering Income Taxes significantly to the middle and poor class, and replacing it by introducing a VAT tax, therefore its optional and more simpler for the citizens to be taxed
I have to still look at the plan, but the part I bold of what you said would suggest his plan should be extremely disliked by the majority of republicans/rightwingers/tea partiers because although its a tax cut, its implementing a progressive capital gains system. Rightwingers as a rule hate it when the rich pay a higher rate of tax than the poor or middle class. Maybe he'll pitch it as the first step to eliminating the capital gains tax for the rich and get away with it though.
Liberals fail to recognize that modern conservatives are direct evidence of the failure of the public education system.
Cripes Mitt!

A lot of good stuff in there.
He has some interesting ideas, I have to say of the Republican camp I find Romney the most tolerable.
Sad that he has little to no chance of being elected.
