The president gets a pass for writing a book, when an adult, where he describes eating dog meat as his widely received and praised book was skimmed at best by all who claimed to read it (color me guilty of that) and it takes years for soemone to bring it up ...I it find interesting in this day and age when folks pounce on the smallest detail in political races. The generally partisan response to the issue is also dreadfully predictable.
It is a passage in the book that supports Obama's atypical and even un-american upbringing but we aren't allowed to mention that these days because we must accept all viewpoints unless they conflict with the popular left wing views of the moment . It's almost surprising it was ignored by the McCain campaign.

Did you know that Romney and Bain bought a company for 6 million, had the company borrow 10 million and pay it out as a dividend to Bain, then the company company couldn't meet the payments, and went bankrupt, all the workers got laid off, they defaulted on the loan, the bank that made the loan failed, and the taxpayers got stuck with the bill, but Romney and Bain made 4 million.
