Obama's budget proposal always pushes spending cuts off at least two years. His 2009 budget proposal was supposed to cut spending in 2011.

The Obama has failed miserably. Anyone who can't see that is either partisan beyond belief or a complete idiot.

Obama has not propose cutting spending. He proposed cuting the growth rate. Same as Republicans. Few people have actually suggested cutting overall outlays.

He failed in supporting and helping in the republican wish list. So yes, since that is your point of view, he has failed. His failure is based upon your side getting all that they wanted, from him.

But he failed from my point of view as well. Failed in that he gave in to the repubs too many times, instead of working hard to wrestle control back from banking, and big business.

I really expected this outsider to carry on the tradition of FDR who took on these jackwags with fervor, yet all I got was a moderate republican in governing. Now, I understand why the republicans have not patted obama on the back. They no longer like moderate republicans, and only accept the conservatives today. They act all offended when obama doesn't act like a conservative in the areas of their interest. That they would expect it, is the funny part.

Actually, from a strictly partisan point of view The Obama has been more successful at vitalizing the conservative base than Reagan. He's been a dismal failure for your party though. Too bad for you.
