My non partisan comment on tax returns and politicians.................Any person who doesn't use every legal and available loophole, break, or deduction needs to have their head examined. ANYONE!!!

I agree wholeheartedly. I would have to presume they were not smart enough to be a dog catcher, must less president.

If they want more of their money to go to the government, then they should take every every legal and available loophole, break, or deduction after which they can write a check to their favorite government entity. Like Buffett, if he believes he is not paying enough taxes why not write a check.

Multiply that attitude by 535 and you see why government spending is so hard to control.

The Romney campaign has obviously determined that the bad press he gets from not disclosing his returns like all the other candidates do is better than the bad press he'd get from disclosing them like all the other candidates do. And like his dad did.

So there must be some pretty bad stuff in there.

I'm guessing that he paid no tax at all in 2009 on millions of dollar of of income.

I'm guessing he paid all of his 2009 income and then some in taxes.

If you noticed, the Obama campaign has spent millions on this issue and Obama continues to sink in the polls. If I were Romney, I would keep on doing what I was doing.

    Actually he's holding quite steady:

Romney's problem is that people just don't like him.

    I can sympathize.

Obama's likeability has been dropping as well due to the negativity. He's making the same mistake Carter did. People liked Carter even though they thought he was a poor President. After he got nasty in the 1980 campaign, the public nearly completely lost respect for him.

Actually Obama is increasing his lead in the swing states where the ads are actually running, so I expect he'll continue to do what works.

May not be running with it too much longer:

And I'm guessing that if he had filed a fraudulent return, it would be front page news by now. You know damned well that DNC lawyers and accountants have seen every return he had filed in the last 40 years.
I'm sick and tired of my brothers and sisters dying to preserve America's right to drive like assholes.

The libs don't care if the return was fraudulent or not, they simply want to paint him as a rich man who doesn't pay his "fair share" It's all part of the wealth envy strategy.
